Rachel Stephenson

I have been with Utopia since 2003, starting as a trainee junior. Thanks to the guidance from Marco and his team, in addition to my years at the Isle of Man College, I became a qualified stylist in 2005.

As a result of continuous training and experience, I have now been promoted to Style Director, which I am extremely proud of.

Marco gives us the opportunity to attend specialised courses which enable us to be updated with the latest hairdressing techniques. Utopia has an excellent team spirit which I am very happy to be a part of.

I love getting involved in every area that we specialise in here at Utopia, but my first love is still blow drying for which I won an award in 2004. Hopefully, as I continue to grow and develop as a stylist, I will be able to add to this!
